Due to works planned to be undertaken by SGN, it will be necessary to close & suspend the one-way on part of Various Roads, Ramsgate, from 14th September 2026 with estimated completion by 28th September 2026.

Restrictions will be imposed to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
Queen Street will be closed at the junction of King Street.
The one-way Order will be suspended between the junctions of King Street and York Street.
King Street will be closed at the junction of Queen Street.
The one-way Order will be suspended between the junctions of Queen Street and Broad Street.
High Street will be closed at the junction of King Street & Queen Street.
The one-way Order will be suspended between the junctions of King Street and Hardres Street.
Harbour Street will be closed at the junction of King Street & Queen Street.
The alternative route for any Westbound through traffic is via B2054 Harbour Parade and York Street.
The alternative route for any Eastbound through traffic is via B2054 Madeira Walk, B2054 Wellington Crescent, Plains Of Waterloo and King Street.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing gas works to be carried out, works are undertaken by SGN.
