Road Closure - Grange Road & Edith Road

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of Grange Road & Edith Road, Ramsgate, from 28th October 2026 with estimated completion by 29th October 2026.

Closures will be imposed between the hours of 19:30 and 05:30 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

Grange Road will be closed from outside number 24 to outside number 28.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Grange Road, Ellington Place, A255 High Street, A255 Nethercourt Hill, A255 Nethercourt Circus, B2054 London Road and vice versa.

Edith Road will be closed at the junction of Grange Road.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Edith Road, Napleton Road, St Mildreds Road, Grange Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Southern Water.
