A World, European and National Sailing Champion is coming to Ramsgate this Friday.

Sam Brearey is an Olympic hopeful for Rio after he won the European Championships in 2010 and then the worlds in 2012, and is set for the mixed crew of the Nacra 17 at the 2016 Olympics.

The Essex sailor will be taking part in competitions, geocaching challenges, guided walks and Q & A sessions online over the coming months.

The Walk is free along Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour into Broadstairs and starts at 2.30pm outside Miles Bar, Harbour Parade, Ramsgate, CT11 8LN.
