East Kent Mencap Update

A service update from East Kent Mencap:

Just to reassure everyone that we are still working across East Kent!

We continue to adapt our services in line with changes to restrictions in Kent as they happen, to ensure we can support, keep safe and provide opportunities for adults and children with a learning disability in East Kent.

Our supported living services are operating safely as they have since the pandemic began.

We continue to safely provide community support while keeping people safe and reducing the risk of infection in-line with Government requirements.

Our Day Resource at Foresters Hall, Meeting Street offers virtual sessions as well as a reduced face to face service.

We are still offering virtual sessions, phone/video calls and other support for members who are at home. Join us every Friday on Facebook at midday to share your stories!

We are providing face to face support through our Kara tablets and support calls.

Our GOLD services continues to deliver online and virtual support.
